I have read information on the different posts regarding wire wheels. Great information. I would like to order 70 spoke Dayton wheels. I received a quote from www.daytonwheel.com for appox. $500. I see online something similar from http://www.lbcarco.com/ for $303. Where is the best place to buy good quality 70 spoke Dayton wheels from the United States?

Troy, I can't answer your question. But Jeff Zorn (LBCarCo) gets a lot of his stuff direct from the UK. He is a great guy and runs a good business. If you have any questions, drop a note to him, I'm sure he will give you a straight answer. They may end up being Daytons.

BTW, he advertises in the changing banner above on this page. So he supports our addiction.

Your subject line read "bolton wire wheels." Most of the usual British suppliers will have knock-off wire wheels. Are you actually looking for wires that will bolt on a four bolt hub without modification?

Or do you want bolt-on splined hubs for wire wheels, i.e., to convert from steel wheels to wire wheels?
