MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - ZTT 2nd service

I've just taken in my ZTT 190+ for a second service. When I booked it they said the brake fluid change (recommended) was now included in the price. When I got there is wasn't.

Does anyone know the true story? Is it now included rather than just recommended?
