MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - ZT Heated Mirrors

I've just noticed that the door mirrors on my ZT are not heating and demisting as they should.

I checked the user manual and it identifies the fuse as no18 under the glove box. Having looked at the fuse box mine appears different to that shown in the manual. Mine is one solid band of fuses whereas the manual shows two.

Does anyone know what fuse I should be looking at on my fuse block?

Also, any other suggestions as to why they they may not be working?

Another possibility is that the heating elements in the wing mirrors have failed or become detached from the back of the glass.
