MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - ZS petrol cap release

Visited the petrol station last night to fill up the ZS but could not open the petrol flap. Tried to pull the lever up in the car a number of times but it would not open the petrol flap.In the end i had to open the boot and slide my hand between the panel and carpet to give the cable a slight tug. When i pulled on the lever it then poped open the flap. Has anyone else had this problem ?

We sometimes had this problem out of the factory when we PDI'd them. Just needs a bit of adjustment of the catch on the door and you shouldn't have the problem again.
