MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - ZR Servicing

Can anyone tell me if there are any grease nipples tucked away on a 1.4 ZR( like the MGF which most servicing garages don't seem to know about)? Is the cambelt change at 5 year intervals regardless of mileage? Thanks folks.
