MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - radio n n/s/f door

first thing removal of manufactures radio hard or easy i know i need removal pins got bottom part free but could not get out from under peak for want of a better word second thing n/s/f door will not open from inside or out c/locking appears to be working..ie button go,s up and down can anybody advise plz
