MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Parts availability for the ZS180

I am looking to buy an MG ZS 180 and am a little concerned about the availability of spares...

I drove a ZS 180 a while ago and loved it... but at the time wanted a convertible (have a craving for some open top driving)...

I'd now like to go back to 4 doors and 4 seats... (but still want some go in my car)...

Any advice or guidance on what to look for and whether getting parts will be a problem, greatfully received.

Hi Terry,
The few bits I've needed for my ZS180 have either been available straight away, or the next day from my local XPart dealer.

One thing I've become aware of and worth checking is to view down between the 2 banks of cylinders (easier if you can remove the engine cover) and make sure you can see no antifreeze pooling down there. The thermostat is a weak point apparently and can weep.
