MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - MGZT+ for sale

A friend of mine has for sale a 2002 MGZT+190 (02)in metalic green. 2497cc. Manual. 1/2 leather interior. 58k. Very clean car. It has an awfull engine noise (dont know what) but he only wants £1495. Not sure if this is a good price. I haven't seen the car but it may be worth looking at. His telephone numbers are

The engine noise is probably going to be the inlet manifold. If it needs a new manifold, the cost will be around £700 to get a new one fitted.
