does anyone know of the best way to get the most, and most relaible engine performance upgrade in te 2.5 v6 180???

How deep are your pockets?

Getting to 200-210bhp is relatively cheap. Above this requires serious money.

You can change the induction system for that of a ZT 190
and fit a decent cold air un-restrictive filter system.
Any proper exhaust system change is going to cost about £1200. You could always have Dave Andrews do the heads for you.
