MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - MG ZR absolutely brilliant?

Did anyone see "A Racing Car is Born" on Discovery H&L last night?

On one of the programs Ian Forrest (chief instructor at Knockhill) tests out a ZR super saloon. Ok it has uprated suspension and brakes and has the small thing of a KV6 under the bonnet, but his remarks?

Great engine, superb steering and suspension. All round "absolutley brilliant car".

Who can argue with that!

(PS - shame Mark Evans slagged off the old Maestro, Metro and Montego MGs)

Or is it due to be screened again soon?

Sorry, didn't tape it. It is due to be screened again (all 15 episodes) on one Sat or Sun in the future. Judging by the number of times that A Car is Born and A Car is Reborn have been shown, even if you miss it it will be repeated. The final 5 episodes which are all about Mark racing his car is on next Tues eve.
