MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Jumping out of gear

ZS180 facelift. Had the car a few months and it has jumped out of 5th three times now, all in the last 2 or 3 weeks, which is probably more than any of my other cars have done in years. It's not under hard acceleration, the most recent time I was barely trickling along at 35. Comments?
