MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Fixing badge on ZR (late) grill

I have a MG Club badge that I wish to affix to the mesh grill of an 05 ZR160. Apart from practically pulling the whole front end off the car, is there an easier way of getting to the back of the grill? I need to do this to fix the attachment bolts.

Hi Gary,
There is no way to get behind the grille without removing the whole front bumper. It is not a difficult job, you just need to be carefull as everything is plastic and painted body colour.

I made up some plates to mount my club badge beside the number plate rather than on the mesh on our ZR160. Still had to remove the bumper though to mount properly/securely.

the MGCC badge has sprung clips that allow you to attach the badge without having to remove the grille
