MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - ECU country setting

Hiya,

ZS has just had it's 2nd year service and it was noted on the 'T4' machine that the ECU hadn't been setup for the UK, it didn't know where it was !!!, apparently this should have been setup at the PDI and should have been noticed at the 1st service at least.

Does anybody know if any / what effects this would have had on the car ?

I haven't noted any difference when setting up in different modes just to see what does what, although I haven't done many changes.
