MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Dash Swap

Buying a used ZT saves a whole heap of money vs new but you don't get exactly the car you want. I can find cars with Hi-Line SatNav and most of the other options but I've never seen one with a wood dash.

How much would it cost to change the Dash & Console over to a Monogram Black Oak version? Is it even possible?
