MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Cigarette lighter missing on my ZS180??

Hi all,

I've just bought a ZS 180 and absolutely love it!! Only problem is that some of the 'optional extras' are missing....like a spare wheel and a cigarette lighter.

I can do without the spare wheel (I've got breakdown and a can of 'instant tyre fix'!) but could really do with something to plug my phone charger and other stuff into.

Does anyone know where I can get this done, and also how much?

Matt, their is an auxillary socket next to the front ashtray which you can plug your phone charger into. They have a black blank shaped like a cigar lighter in its hole to keep the contacts nice and clean. If you require a cigar lighter too then these can be purchesed as an extra from any MG Rover dealership.

Thanks Martyn, my car seems to be different though?! There is definitely the space (a whole and a cigar lighter shaped object stuck in it) but no contacts inside and therefore nothing to plug the charger in to??

I can see the top of a screw at the bottom of the hole, do you think I just need to buy some kind of kit?
