MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - Cheesy Make Over - Suggestions?

If I wanted to keep my 51 plate ZR, but give it a contemporary make over I could.......

remove the hatchback, bonnet and both front and rear bumpers, along with the dashboard, and swap them for the new 2004 style ones!

Snag.

They don't make the ZR in Le Mans Green any more, so I would need one of the new colours as a sporty compliment. Le Mans Green with X-Power Grey?

Not sure that that would look all that great Andy. If I were going to graft the '04 look to an earlier ZR, then I'd bite the bullet and get the new panels and bumpers resprayed.

BTW I loved the look of the ZRX - I'd HAVE to have one of those front splitters fitted.

You could go for Trophy Yellow and try for a sort of 60s Lotus look. I'm sure your MG friends would promise faithfully not to make any adverse comments. 8-0

Ah yes! - Trophy Yellow. Much better. But with Black Pearl bumpers surely?
