MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - blocked ZT washer bottle

How do you access the screen washer bottle to clear out a 'growth' which has blocked my screen washer bottle / pump.

Having been left unused for 'a long time' a slimy growth appeared in the screen wash and I beleive this must also be in the bottle as it's blocked and removing the pipe and operating the washers does not produce any water from a full bottle.

You could try reverse-flushing with a hose-pipe or other pressure source connected to the pump outlet, even air from a foot-pump.

A reverse flush as Paul suggests is the first option. If that doesn't work it is a bumper off job
