MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - BLIP SETTING

Hi can any one tell me how to reset the blip key for the alarm on a ZR160.You know turn key sit stand lower window handstand etc etc.

Does it not say in the ZR handbook. If my car wasn't nearly 100 yards away right now and it wasn't pitch black I'd go and look for ya m8.

I know my Dad's Jag you unlock the car and disarm the security system with the key in the doorlock. Turn the ignition to position 2 for a moment or two. Then press one of the buttons for a certain number of seconds and then the other and, providing you're in range, hey presto.

Something tells me the ZR won't be as easy and may even need a trip to the dealer. But without consulting the handbook, dunno.
