MG ZR ZS ZT Technical - '02 ZR PASSENGER DOOR MIRROR
Daughter's ZR.The passengers door mirror plastic body wobbles around but the remote adjustable glass stays static. Is there any way of tightening the plastic body so it doesn't wobble? Thanks ,experts.

There are 3 TORX screws on the inside of the door, access by removing the door trim. Haynes Manual4145 refers section 11-11.

Belated thanks for that. The actual outer plastic mirror cover doesn't seem to wobble much when the car is on the move.I don't really fancy taking the door trim off as I am a great believer in leaving things undisturbed,I've had door trims off before and they never seem to be the same again once one has been fiddling around. However,I have now discovered another annoying problem which I shall mention in another thread title.
