MG MG Y Type - YT Front Shocks rebuild

I have an MG YT in India. The front shocks are not functioning properly. Is there a rebuild kit (pistons, seals, shaft etc) available. Any suggestions on how to go about the restoration? Came across an article by David Aardill http://www.mgcars.org.uk/mgccy/specialys/yt42651.jpg It seems that the front shocks have an extra shock absorber ? Please comment and confirm if it is ok/ came as a fittment? Detailed pictures would be useful. What would a complete rebuilt cost? Thanks for your input.

Daman,
I can't comment on the condition of your shock absorber but it looks to me as though you're missing the rubber bump stop that the arm should rebound on. (see the NTG catalogue, part no. R319)
