MG MG Y Type - YB for Sale Spinning Wheel Car Company

Hi Guys

I guess that some of you may have already seen it. The Spinning Wheel Car Company in Yorkshire UK has a 1952 YB for sale for £9.995. It looks very nice though whether it is worth a fiver short of £10k I think is questionable. The notes with the ad suggest that it was re-built about 12 years ago.

I have forwarded a copy of the ad to Jack Murray and others on the Register Committee - though its probably known.

Does anyone know about the 2 Y's that were for sale at Beaulieu? There was a report of the event in the latest edition of MG Enthusiast. One was up and running with current MOT for around £3250 and another was under restoration. I'm not sure whether the £13k mentioned was what had been spent to date or what the owner was expecting (... dream on!)

One of them went to Holland (the red one?), probably the one onder restoration.
