MG MG Y Type - Y Type in this months Classic Cars
| P34 of this months Classic Cars (March!), "Discovered" section for barn finds and the like, shows two cars abandoned / parked in a Scottish field near Avimore with a very large Highland Bull. They are described as a Morris Oxford and an MG SA. The SA in fact is a Y type Reg NTU 555. Anyone know the car? Looks relatively sound (from a distance!). |

| Marc Can you post a scan of the pictures on the BBS for us? Interestingly enough NTU 555 is still listed as licenced to an MG from 1952 - maybe a YB unless it has been reallocated as you cannot drill down on the DVLA site to a model of MG. A quick check by licence plate on the online Database does not show us listing it. Thanks Paul |
