MG MG Y Type - XPAG ENGINE FOR SALE (DIMANTLED) ON E-BAY

Just to let anyone know who might be interested I have listed a partially dismantled XPAG engine on E-Bay tonight (factory replacement engine No.C 43126)starting price £200. I believe it was from a TD or possibly a YB, but don't really know.

I will also be listing a gearbox to go with it, possibly tomorrow, but I have had enough computing for one day!

Judging by the horizontal oilfilter this is a TD2 or SC2 engine, with the 8" clutch. If the gearbox in the other thread belongs to it, they must be from the '53 YB you mention in the eBay listing.

Thanks again Willem. The number shown on one of the nameplate shows SA 2445/2 if that means anything?
