MG MG Y Type - window replacement and floors

The rubber surround on the rear window and quarter lights is well past the sell by date. If anyone can advise on a suitable replacement section and suppliers I can then pluck up courage and cut the old ones out.
Having renewed the plywood floor I need to coat the underside with a good sealant - any ideas?

NTG can supply the rear 1/4 windows.

If you can get Marine Ply it is worth the extra cost. Then just use any black paint on both sides - I just "rattle canned" mine with a couple of coats of Matt Black.
