MG MG Y Type - Sun roof drain hoses

I am in the middle of retrimming my ya and need to replace the four drain hoses before I can fit the new head lining, Does anyone have any idea where I can source them? NTG can't help

A J - anywhere is OK frankly. The important things are that they do not exceed a) the external diameter of the old ones or you will have problems getting them down the A posts of the car, and b) the internal diamter of the old ones or you will have problems attaching them to the "spouts" on the corner of the roof drain channels.

My suggestion would be to replace them with clear PVC tubing as this is relatively easy to get a hold of from a decent hardware store. If you wind up having problems getting something suitable at say B&Q in the UK, drop me a note off line and I can readily get you some from our little local hardware store that has just the right stuff on the shelf ... albeit half a world away from you. Still, that is what the world-wide Y Fraternity is for isn't it folks!
