MG MG Y Type - SPRING RUN ANNUAL DINNER

Dear All

The MGCC Y Type Register Spring Weekend of 22/23rd May 2010, commences on Saturday 22nd May with a Dinner at the Royal Oak Hotel in Ledbury.

The guests will have the whole premises for the evening and there is some limited off-street car parking for our guests. Though this will accomodate no more than 20 cars (of which around 12 will have been taken up by club members booked into the hotel.

Providing I have some notice then I may be able to find some nearby secure parking for your Y Type should you be coming to the dinner in such revered transport.

Please do advise if you are coimg in your Y. As an effective alternative the owner of the Hotel will look to arranging taxis (at your expense) from where you are staying and back to your B and B. BOOKINGS FOR DINNER

We already have 44 booked in for Dinner. The MAXIMUM is 50. If you wish to attend then please let me know over the NEXT WEEK. I would not wish to have to go through the embarrassment of having to turn down people on the night because they had forgotten to book.

So PLEASE,PLEASE if you are intending to make the Dinner the let me know by the end of play on FRIDAY 26th MARCH.
