MG MG Y Type - SPRING RUN WEEKEND 2010 - CALL FOR DINNER ATTENDEE

The MGCC Y Type Register Spring Weekend is being held over 22nd/23rd May 2010. It is based at Ledbury.

ANNUAL DINNER
SATURDAY 22 MAY
7.30 PM

On the Saturday night 22nd May we are holding the Annual Club Dinner at the Royal Oak Hotel in Ledbury. We have a maximum of 50 places for this abd 42 are currently taken up, If you interested in attending then please contact me either by e-mail jerrybirkbeck@btinternet.com or phoning me on 01926 424053 or 07855566325. The cost of the 4 course meal is £25 a head. Once this number has been reached then all I can do is place interested parties names on a reserve list.

Please do not turn up on the night if you havent booked through me as you wont get a meal!

SPRING RUN
SUNDAY 23 MAY

The second part of our weekend commences on Sunday morning. We will be gathering at Ledbury Rugby Club from 10.00 am where there will be coffee/tea, bacon butties etc for sale and loos! Mike Silk will have a range of regalia items for sale. Departure will be from 11.30 am.
The route of 50 miles follows the River Severn to the east of Malvern and cuts north-west across rural countryside to Berrington Hall which is just north of Leominster. This is a National Trust property and we will be having pride of place at the front of the hall.The cost for the run is £12.50 per car. Entry to Berrington Hall is free for NT Members and a discounted rate of £6.05 for couples who are not members.
