MG MG Y Type - Owner History of Y5725

My wonderful Maggy (1950 YA, Y5725) was brought to the States in 1977. I purchased it from that owner 2 years ago. In the glovebox was the original Registration booklet listing all the owners and addresses up to 1977. I would love to try contacting any of these folks or their relatives who may remember the car or have old pictures, but alas, I cannot make sense out of the British addresses to mail these people letters. If, as here in the States, the post office changed to a zip code like system, these addresses are outdated. Can anyone help me decipher these addresses to a modern post? I would be happy to send you the names and addresses as they are listed. I thank you in advance. To me the personal side of these marvelous cars is as interesting as the cars themselves.

Hi Ron. UK addresses have not changed but postcodes have been added to the end. Most letters still reach their destination without the postcode but may take a little longer. Why not try writing to the addresses that you have? Chers, Dave
