MG MG Y Type - Oil filter alternatives

On the Internet I stumbled over this impressive list of filter alternatives for the later horizontal type oil filter (GFE 102). Not that availability is a problem, but the more information, the better?

It's much better to convert to the modern throw away spin on canister type (as on modern cars) - the conversion is only about £40. MInd you if you want to keep it as it is a better filter element is always good.
