MG MG Y Type - MG YA FOR SALE

Gosh, the internet is a wonderful and at times rather worrying mine of information. I have just received an e-mail from Sussex Classic Cars about a YA that I had 'expressed' an interest in that is back up for sale.

I had forgotten that and was in all honesty just fishing, rather than making an offer. Apparently the date of my inquiry was back in July 2010.

The YA, registration NKK 472, is apparently a genuine 66k mile model. Fine so far but they are asking a whopping £13,950 for the model. It does look very nice but is this really a reflection of prices in troubled economic times?

It looks good, but for that money, I would expect it to be perfect. The bumper over-riders are off a TD, the fog light, grab straps in the rear and the rear window blind are missing. Interesting that the rear view mirror is fixed to the opening windscreen! You would need to adjust the mirror every time that you moved the screen - rather distracting.
