MG MG Y Type - MG Y choke cable

My choke cable has snapped (again) and as the cost from the only supplier (NTG) is £54..does anyone know of one from another car that fits?

Why not try to replace the inner cable only. Go to any bicycle shop and they have brake cables that can be soldered into your present puill knob.

Sounds like your choke mechanism is way too stiff David.

I used Piano wire to replace my Choke and just re soldered into the back of the choke "knob", so far worked fine!
