MG MG Y Type - Looking for Roy Paul Snape

My 1951 Saloon (Y6486 / UMG315) belonged to Roy Paul Snape of Rugeley, Staffordshire, between 1995 and 2000.

Mr Snape restored the car between 1995-1997.

My efforts to retrace him have been unsuccessful. I would like to ask him about the prior history of the car, specially about the condition he found it in.

Has anyone ever heard of this gentleman?
