Not many Y Types in Ireland but if you are near Omagh maybe I could help you with advice.

Karl Have you looked on www.mgytypes.org? There is a slew of information there that will help you. If you scroll down the main menu to Technical Center (5th item down) the first sub menu item is BUYERS GUIDES - you will find everything you could possibly want there. There is a YA for sale in the UK in the current MG Octagon Car Club magazine - The Bulletin. Email me and I will send you the details of the advert. Paul

Thanks for the reply Paul, i did find the site and had a good brouwse though it, its very good and gives a wealth of info, lots more than the Singer club site which i used to belong to. also i have seen the advert for the car on the page you mentioned. again many thanks Karl

Mr Winters, many thanks for your kind offer of advice, i realise that it would be difficult to find a Y type in Ireland so it is likely i will have to look for one in the UK, if i am sucessfull i will be glad to avail of any advice you can help me with, by the way i live in county Mayo. regards Karl.
