MG MG Y Type - Door trim
I know this has been discussed at length before but please humour me so that I don't have to go searching through lots of old threads. There are four (I think) types of rubber trim on Y Type doors: - - Flat strip that fits into a channel on the door itself. _ Strip that fits to the top and sides of the window opening. - Strip that fits to the bottom of the window opening. - 'Hairy Rubber' strip that is fitted to the edges of the door frames. Can you remind me of the best source for this trim and what the respective product codes are for it. Any hints or wrinkles for fitting it would also be welcome. Peter

I am particularly interested in the door window seal - the one that fits at the bottom of the window and is clipped (somehow) to the door in a series of small holes. Is there a modern stick on rubber replacement as clipping the seal (brush material on aluminum) is a real pain.

Contact Woolies - see links page for details. They can supply your needs I believe, and will also be able to advise which of their products to use. Paul
