MG MG Y Type - Door panels, glove box etc.
| Can anyone tell me what the door panels (beneath the Rexine), glove box and footwell are made from. Is it simply thick card or some other fibre material. Whatever it is, is it available and if not what is an acceptable substitute? While I'm on the subject, is there a modern equivalent of Rexine? Peter |

| Peter The backing for the door panels is millboard. The modern equivalent of rexine is vinyl leathercloth. Both can be obtained from Woolies Upholstery - see the Links page. Paul |
