MG MG Y Type - Bolts for attaching clutch assy to Flywheel

Hi once again I am looking for information.
Could anyone tell me sizes of bolts holding clutch assy to flywheel and also bolts attaching flywheel to engine. Thank you in anticipation.

Hi Gordon

The Fly wheel bolts are readily available from Moss Europe at http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=4471 and you need item number 10 - their part number 320-524 and they are £8.35 each plus VAT & shipping. Also worth trying is the MGOCC - p/n SB1030 £5.17 plus VAT and shipping each but these are specified as being with a hole for safety wire - call +44 (0)1889 574666.

Also available from mossmotors.com in the US part number = 321-108 $57.50 but sold as a set of 4 only, Abingdon Spares LLC p/n 13 061 $27.16 though I do not know if this is for each or a set of 4.

These bolts are specially designed with a shallow head so as not to hit on the clutch plates so only buy the proper ones. Also, remember to torque them up properly - see the Engine Reassembly Check sheet at http://www.mgcars.org.uk/imgytr/pdf/reassycheck.pdf at 50lb/ft.
