MG MG Y Type - 5 speed gearbox

Here is a timely warning for those contemplating this conversion to not only change the oil seal on the output shaft but also the speedo shaft. Because it showed no sign of leaking and it is fiddly to remove I left it alone. Dear old Archimedes looking down from Mt Olympus must have spotted a job opportunity for his screw and commenced to fill up the speedo with gearbox oil with alarming results. [ also ones Oxford bags get soiled ]
