MG Midget and Sprite Technical - spark plugs

Is there any problem using resistance type spark plugs on 1275 engine? eg RN9YC instead on N9YC

I use NGK... There is a debate among the purist, i think the resistance type dont last as long for our type of set up

but as long as it sparks in the correct heat range, ive never had an issue...then agian i tend to change out spark plugs every 2 years.

Hi Prop, I use NGK too, but haven't changed mine in at least 5 years. Still going very well. I think though that Champion are just as good, at least I never had any trouble with either.
