MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Show Me Your Hard Tops!

Ok my hard top is in need of a repaint and I am considering what colour or effect I should go for? My car is damask red. Not sure to go glossy black, mat black, white or damask red?

Personally, I like Old English white on a Damask Red car.

I had a red spitfire with a matt white hardtop once. I thought that looked good. Sorry can't find photo.

My hard top is like this one but has glass and chrome edging strips and is currently black.

My opinion is also that white can look great on top of Damask, really classy.

That's what I have seen as the best option but taste varies, good luck !
