MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Paint colour for hood frame(1967)
| Hi, I need to repaint my 67 MK3 hood frame, its grey as its an early car, does anyone know a near match that i could buy in aerosol(rattle) can from my local motor factor, any help much appreciated. Martin. |

| Afaik all the detachable frames are cumulus grey and the fixed ones are plain black. Though I do not have my Horler with me on the campsite |

| Early fixed frames were also grey. They later changed to black. Mine is a late GAN4, 68/69 and it's grey. |

| Cumulus Grey: GR 7 if I remember correctly. |

I found Cumulus Grey in the paint chart. Mine is late 68 and needs a repaint too. Would it also be Cumulus Grey because the chart indicates that colour stoped in 1966.

| I have a spare frame for my '63 mk2 that I'm fairly sure has never been re-painted and it is a sort of silvery bronze colour. |

| all frames where cumulus grey until HAN9-77591 and GAN4-66226 december 1968 when they changed to black page 93 horler |
