MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Measurements for exhaust manifold?

Hi,

I'm really making some progress with my car although it seems I won't have it completed this summer either.. But I haven't given up hopes though.

I'd like to know what type of exhaust manifolds you guys are running on your 1275's. I assume most of you went for the maniflow one and would like to know if anyone has the inside or outside measurements for the exit pipe and how big the openings are that connects to the exits on the head?

Cheers

for a not too heavily modified 1275 (head work, 9.5:1 CR, 276 cam), Maniflow sold me an LCB like this:

center ID 1 1/4
collector ID 1 3/8
pipe x exhaust 1 3/8

he told me the pipe x exhaust can be increased by 1/8 if the engine is heavily modified, or if going for mainly top end power (like for racing), but that "should be enough for everything else"
