MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Handbrake

Hi

I know this subject has been covered loads before abou how to adjust the handbrake but my problem is getting spanners onto the adjsuting nuts. What spanners do people use?

Do you mean on the rear drums?
or the handbrake mechanism self?

Always make sure you have the drums adjusted before you touch anything else.

As for the spaners just normal ones one of the small ones (not that good in imperial sizes)

The drums are adjusted, talking about the adjusting nuts in the transmission tunnel, I dont seam to be able to get spanners on them
