MG Midget and Sprite General - uploading photos
I have tried several times unsuccessfully to upload a single photo onto here. All I get is the response that the image is too large. Any tips folks? and what would be the max size that can be uploaded? Dave

open it in paint and click 'image' 'stretch/skew' and reduce it by however much % it takes before its a reasonable size (it fits on the screen without having to scroll). Save it somewhere different so you don't save over your high quality/resoloution version and try again. Cheers, Malcolm

I have found that if it says "image too big" a 50% reduction by MSPaint usually does the trick, as Malcolm says.

Alot of the freebie photoshop apps have a feature to reduce or expand photo images...google has a good one called.... piccia Prop

Thanks lads, that worked a treat. Dave

Microsoft office has an easy to use facility to reduce file size for email or whatever. Open using MS picture manager and select Picture Resize and then see the previews and subsequent file size. As noted by Malcolm always save as a different file to ensure you keep your original photo in high resolution copy.
