MG Midget and Sprite General - tan seats

hello...am looking for a set of tan seats for 1977 rubber bumper midget..any ideas where they are available please?

If you need the seats themselves you will probably have to try ebay of the classifieds on here.

If you have the seats but they just need recovering then give these a try

one other thing...my midget had got headrests,were these standard on the 77 model or indeed any model?!

Hi Brian

Head rests were fitted to later models, not sure if they where standard or not.

If you can post a picture of your seats I am sure someone else will be be able to help.

Hi Brian,

according to Porter's Super Profile book (page 14)
January 1977: Headrests supplied as standard

Terry Horler's book has it at Mar '77 (page 136) when the thin type became standard fit

remember to have pockets for a full tonneau

I forgot to put according to Terry Horler's book Autumn Leaf trim was replaced by Beige from October 1977 (pages 123 & 137)

I've got some tan seats going, in fact, a whole tan interior but I'm the other side of the country from you Brian (Lincoln) :(
