MG Midget and Sprite General - T Shirt designs
| Hi For a few years I have been producing a few designs for T shirts for Mini enthusiasts (amoungst other things) which are available via the Spreadshirt website (they will print your design on all sorts of clothing) and being into Midgets as well I have also done a couple of Spridgety related ones too. A few have sold over the years but I've never pimped them on here before, maybe I'm not allowed to? If so apologies. Anyway they are available via my Spreadshirt shop http://281508.spreadshirt.co.uk/shop/designs on basic shirts in a few colours, or if you visit the Spreadshirt Marketplace you can put them on to all different products that they sell, scale the designs, change colours, add text etc.. Anyway thanks for looking, Graham

Like them a lot! Would you make designs on request? I've had one in my head for a while but the pic need modifying as it now is to manny thin lines. And as i have no graphics experiance (just cad work) i have not come around to doing it
Onno Könemann
I know what you mean about thin lines. The smallest Spreadshirt can print is something like 1.5mm and making sure everything in a design, especially one based on one of my photos or paintings, is above that can be time consuming. If you want to email me with some details I'll give it a go, can't make any promises though. Graham

really cool designs Graham, I'll have a look at the website, I'm on edge of the new forest nr. Cadnam, where are you in wilts, I may bump into you on a run sometime, not literally of course Ha! cheers Jack.
J Torrance
I especially like the head gasket design.
Trevor Jessie
I did wonder who was making these Have sen the silhouette ones on ebay, love them.
PeterJMoore
I Like the head gasket one also. Maybe the back should look like this one.... Any plans to send some of these stateside??
|
Tim Michnay
Like the look of these, Graham. Any chance of getting some girly shaped ones, thing the girlfriend might like one! -Craig
C Robertson
Tim. I dont think Spreadshirt Europe deliver to the states, and the designs dont appear on their US site ... don't know why that would be .. I shall investigate. Definitely a blown gasket would be good, I've had a few over the years! Craig, The designs can be put on any of the items Spreadshirt sell, including girly ones. You can see all products here http://www.spreadshirt.co.uk/apparel-C2107 I've added a girly one to my shop, one of the cheaper womens shirts they do ... Cheers for the feedback guys. Graham
G Hawkins
How about a wiring diagram on one of the girly shirts? I know I always spend significant amounts of time examining those diagrams... David "promoting Lucas awareness" Lieb
David Lieb
The wiring diaggram on the girls shirt would be vastly different then the mens version!
Phil Burke
I am liking your thinking david, but where would you put the headlights?
d cusworth
Phil, the girls version would lack any logic... ;) Graham, I like them! Ive recently complained about MGshirts always being as boring as h*ll but youve done some nice things here. Ill see if I can get some inspiration for a midget50 shirt. That busted headgasket shirt would be cool for the K-series converts among us... Although following this bbs for a while I think it would be more appropriate for the A-series. ;)
Arie de Best
Nah, I think the A series one would be a flat battery
Guy
or a puddle of oil!
Tarquin
"The women's would lack any logic" If there was one of a wiring diagram, I think it should be of Prop's car. Or better yet, let him design it! Kind of like an unsolvable maze.
Tim Michnay
another great design would be of a condensor..titled I need 5 more ...haha
Prop
Ah, thanks Graham. I'm obviously too dumb to work it out but followed your link and got it to work now. Well impressed, any garment, any colour & you can change the colour, size, orientation,... of the print. An impressive site. And i do like your designs too, hopefully you get a commission from spreadshirt? -Craig
C Robertson
Arie et al, This is the only inspiration you need for a Midget 50 shirt http://www.midget50.com/downloads/REGALIAORDERFORM.pdf
Doug Plumb
Sorry Doug, the regalia available doesnt realy do it for me. Grahams creations are more into what I like.
Arie de Best
Okay, after a bit of trial and error I have managed to get one design, the gasket, up and running on the US Spreadshirt site. Designs have to go through an approval process. http://www.spreadshirt.com/gasket if you edit that product you can change most everything to suit you. Colours, add text etc.. Unfortunately as my european account and US account have to be separate it means I'm having to to start from scratch on the US site. This means I'm restricted to 3 designs, until a quantity of my designs are purchased by people. Then they gradually allocate you extra design slots. Anyway, the Midget outline, and Little & Loud will hopefully also be up and running soon. Thanks for the interest. Graham

| Here is the wiring diagram for the shirt... Perhaps someone can colourize it? David "no, it isn't my work" Lieb
|
David Lieb
| Perhaps this would make for a decent tee... :p Richard "Yes, I'm afraid it is my work" Reeves
|
Richard Reeves
I dunno, Richard. The artwork may be yours, but the contents are certainly Prop! David "I want the shirt!" Lieb
David Lieb
Richard. That's fantastic, and like David, I want one. Bernie
b higginson
LMAO - that is SOOOOO cool - I think that you should get t-shirts done with it for your Midget50!!!! The only thing I would disagree with - it's got too many "drive car" options ;)
rachmacb
Rach, You misunderestimate Proptimism. Those factor it in. Like weighted hops in ip routing, however, the links to those boxes carry high impropability(sic) ratings. David "Propping things up" Lieb
David Lieb
Hahahah well, How do I say this ? It "IS" a nice T-shirt..and are going to make a great gifts, for Midget 50 although a few minor changes have been made. Prop
Prop
LOL David you're right - so - sign me up for one ;)!!!
rachmacb
I think the "Yes" box off of "Are you done yet" needs an option to branch down to "Do more different stuff to car". And, on careful re-consideration of Rach's thoughts, I do not believe that ANY arrows should actually point to "Drive car". The box should remain, but with no way of getting there. David "darn it, I am agreeing with Rach again" Lieb
David Lieb
Only one cure to that - take a long hard drive (or ride, of course!) and a nice long cold beer - and rest out of the sun - and pray it never happens again :)!
rachmacb
Well, I will be driving some 350 miles on Friday, will that count? Unfortunately, I have two passengers, so it won't be in a Spridget. Plus, right now I need MORE sun, not less. And to top it all off, I don't drink beer, so I guess there is no hope for me whatsoever. David "resigned to my fate" Lieb
David Lieb
I'd have all of the arrows pointing away from the drive car box, with none pointing to it. Also, the spelling is too correct for it to be Prop!
Tim Michnay
LOL Poor David ...! It really is a pretty cool one though - almost wish our regalia could be that good ;)
