MG Midget and Sprite General - Short Engine

Hi All

After a year & a half re building my sprite & a successful rolling road tune at Aldon a piston decided to make an appearance through the side of the block!

Just wondered if anyone out there has a 1275 short engine for sale? Not sure if this is the right place to ask.

did it give any warning before it went?
Was the engine also rebuild?

sorry no help on the short engine need the one i have spare my self due to an anoying crack in my 1380
