MG Midget and Sprite General - One for Norm

I've been given a small booklet of British cars from 1961, so many new cars that year

it's really a 1962 edition with intro page from November 1961

one of the new cars that was the (re)introduced was the MG Midget at the very reasinable price of £689 (6s 1d) which included Purchase Tax

the nearest sports style car to the price in the book were the Austin Seven (Mini) Copper and Morris (Minor) Mini Cooper both at around £679 inc. PT

also new in 1961 the E-Type and Mini variants Riley Elf and Woseley Hornet, Bristol 407, Ford Consul classic and Consul Classic Capri and new Anglia (107E?), Jag MkX, Reliant Sabre, Hillman Super Minx, (Triumph TR4?), and Vauxhall

apart from the E-Type I doubt if you know them but an interesting year for classice British cars
