MG Midget and Sprite General - Midget 50 Autojumble

Anita and I spent the best part of yesterday sorting out Sprite and Midget stuff to sell at Midget 50, the Land Rover is full. I may even bring a complete 1275 Midget down to offer for sale.
If anyone has any requests for parts, let me know asap, I'll see if I can find what you need....

Don't take up ALL the space .......! However, at least you can put your rally board onto the full Midget :)

Do you still want the steel brake pipe?
Dave O'Neill 2

Thanks Dave, I managed without by plating Kunifer. It looks perfect and is still soft to work with. The situation is reversed in Aus, ONLY steel brake pipe available, Copper is totally illegal and Kunifer frowned upon.

Update.....

I have just put in to sell..

A 240 Volt single phase to 415 Volt three phase converter (inverter..?).

A set of Dunlop wheel alignment gauges, (they need tidying up but worked well when I last use them).

Austin A 40 front panel, (genuine NOS BMC).

Early Frogeye side screen frames, steel type, frames only. Lots of later ones too...

Frogeye Hood Frames plus later ones too...

A LOVELY pair of Cibie Oscars with covers, near mint condition.

Plus lots lots more..... :-)

Onno, Not quite as I'd remembered..... For the D Type,
one unused front wing in Alloy and it's partner, a used original steel one in quite good condition.

Ian, I have various grills, but not brilliant ones, plus a complete late 1275 steering column with steering lock and keys. It also has a (poor) Astralli wheel and good boss.

They're loaded ready to bring....

Hi Mark out of interest do you still have your MGA ?

Gordon

Gordon, I've not owned an A for some time now, I do however use David Godwins car RIP from time to time in Australia.

See you at Midget 50..?

Hi Mark, 9 stud screen for a Frogeye?
Neil K

Mark, A Frog grill perhaps?

I need just a good main shaft of the steering column, not bothered about keys etc, this is to replace one that I shortened a few years ago to fit a certain wheel boss, I now need to revert to standard length in order to fit another (Momo) boss.
I will take a look at the grilles, not bothered about colour/paint condition so long as the grille metalwork isnt broken up, brackets are no problem as they will be removed and replaced with longer ones anyway.

I have a NOS big brake kit for sale if anybody is interested : 9" Ford Capri vented discs M16 + and alloy hubs to match

don't suppose you've got a decent (quiet) 3.9 dif knocking around Mark?
Mothy

Well, it was great to see so many friends at Midget 50 and make a few new ones too.
Also a lot of stuff that I took along found new homes including the 1974 RWA Midget which I delivered on our way home yesterday.
When unloading again yesterday, I was surprised things such as the Frogeye front bumper, early Frogeye side curtain frames, Frogeye hood frames and Cibie Oscas hadn't created much interest. Hey ho... back into storage until our next visit from Australia.
The weather tried hard to dampen our enthusiasm, but it didn't beat many at all...
Sorry if I didn't get to see you in person, I know a few that I missed.

Thanks to all who came to chat.

Keep in touch please..
