MG Midget and Sprite General - Is this a good map to midget 50
Im wondering if my map is a good safe travel plan, .... Lots of road side services, gas, food, tow trucks, police, fire deppartment ect ect....and top of the list...no or vary little road construction My thinking is to leave home around 2 AM monday morning, and that would put me in victoria village swimming pool at around noon monday....that way I can avoid most of the HEAT and traffic, ......also, any issues with milwaukee, crime, road construction..that kind of thing Here is my plan From east st louis I 70, to I 55 to just west of joliet il, to 94 /41 to milwaukee then to 43 getting thur milwaukee then to 32/57...straight into victorian village swimmimg pool at elkhart lake Anyway, im not really sure whats on the otherside of st louis its been awhile....so im just wondering if there is anything I need to be aware of.... Any one else going my way ???? Let me know Later guys Prop Aka... Jeff O Brien 573 - 230 - 2705 ... Cell # Prop46 (AT) Gmail (dot) com

| The Chicago stretch all depends on the time of day and the roll of the wrecks. I94 will take you through downtown Chicago with the traffic that sent the 2016 Olympics screaming to Rio. At 3ayem it isn't bad... Like GTE, you will Get There Eventually. Not saying that there are any better routes that are not gouging tollways. I would suggest that you contemplate taking I55 to Bloominton/Normal and picking up I39 north from there to I43 near Beloit at the IL/WI border. Take I43 towards Milwaukee (ain't a hay) to I894/US45 North. If you are in a hurry, you can then take I94 east to I43 (yes, again), north to WI57 to CtyJ to WI67 to Elkhart Lake. If you have an hour or so to burn, you can follow US45 to CtyH north of West Bend, east to Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive, north through the lovely Kettle Moraine area (and a lot of turns) to WI67 north through Plymouth to Elkhart Lake. | Make a left at Normal.... Then 39 to Madison to 151 to FDL to 23 to EL Peter C |

Peter would know that part of it better than I would. But you really have NO excuse to be anywhere near Chicago! David "near Chicago" Lieb

Prop, Did you get the electrical/ignition/coil issue sorted and if so, what was it? Larry C.

The idea of Prop being anywhere near Normal is more scary!!!
