MG Midget and Sprite General - How to get the best from searching the archive?

Anyone got any tips?
Neil K

For sure :)

IF you go into Archive directly up there ^^^ (ie, from the main subjects of Midget and Sprite General (or Tech, or Events) then it will take you directly to that section of the Archive.

IF you go in via the front page, then you have to choose the section you want (Midget and Sprite is quite a long way down)

If you don't want to get lost (and yes, I know, it's easy to do and very tempting at times to be diverted onto the wealth of information - and lobster porn!), then the tighter you can make the search phrase, the better.

Also, I've found that putting quotation marks around my phrase also tends to keep it tight as well.

Then, click search, and you should be ok!

If you do get lost - then I suggest you make sure that you have a big mug of tea and couple of biscuits to find your way back again ...... :)

Hope that helps

PS Arie - you're safe at Midget50 - coz I've already decided that you're a wimp as you won't come and prove how much faster you supposedly are than I at the Autosolo the day before ... :)

I just spotted Deb Evans' great article on the 1500 engine, is she still a member on here?

Malcolm,
What's that site? Is it a part of the BBS or some sort of independent collection? I have never seen that linked to the BBS before ?

I honestly have no idea! I stumbled upon it when searching for Midget stuff before I found (and joined) this forum.

I thought it must be related but I have never been able to find a link from here to it.

That website is owned by the webmaster of these BBSs. He cross-links the interesting threads to that website.
